The Induction Team
Our Aims
We know starting out as a new leader can be really exciting but also it can be a little daunting trying to pick everything up, who can help, where do I go for this, who is the best person for that. The Induction team was set up to try and give all new Leaders a standardised set of information to help get you started on your Scouting Journey. You can refer back to this page whenever you like or contact any of the team with any questions you have.
Induction Packs
Below are the Induction packs for all new leaders. There is a County Induction pack that each leaders needs and then another pack containing district specific information
